The mission of Southwest Airlines is dedication to the highest quality of Customer Service delivered with a sense of warmth, friendliness, individual pride, and Company Spirit. I like the sounds of that.
The Southwest vision is to become the world’s most loved, most flown, and most profitable airline. The words 'most loved' really struck me when I contemplated who does not want to be loved. If an airline can be truly be loved, I think this means they have reached a whole new pinnacle of success. Everyone would feel the love; shareholders, executive, management, front line employees and especially said airline's customers. My first airline love was and still is Jazz Aviation and Air Canada.
